    Project context

Soul Bowl Açaí serves bowls, smoothies and customizable combinations from its local trailer. RPM developed soulbowlacai.com and created content connecting its products, personality and customer experience.

The work joined two practical needs: an online destination beyond social profiles and a recognizable content direction that could adapt to everyday business circumstances.

    The challenge

Translate the experience, not just the product.

The business needed more than a stream of product photographs. Customers needed a place to learn about Soul Bowl, while its social communication had to feel inviting, accessible and consistent with the fresh, customizable trailer experience.

    RPM's decision

Give each digital touchpoint a purpose.

RPM connected a branded website with social content serving different communication goals. Education, interaction and product or lifestyle presentation gave the brand a broader vocabulary than repeated promotional posts.

    01 / Website development

A place of its own online.

RPM developed soulbowlacai.com, applying the brand identity to a dedicated destination for exploring the business. The website organized Soul Bowl's online presentation and gave customers somewhere to find information beyond Instagram.

The supplied board below is a website design presentation containing placeholder copy. It illustrates the visual direction; it is not a screenshot of the finished live website or evidence of performance.

    02 / Social media content

More than an isolated product post.

Educational content explained açaí's origins and versatility. Interactive communication used questions and accessible challenges to invite participation. Product and lifestyle content placed bowls and smoothies in everyday situations.

These were distinct editorial purposes, not claims of increased engagement. The approved trailer board below shows a brand application and the visual identity in context; it does not depict those individual social posts or establish physical fabrication.

    03 / Flexible promotional communication

    Messaging that follows the business.

Promotional copy also responded to operational tests. When Soul Bowl trialed grilled sandwiches, messaging needed to remain flexible about availability instead of announcing a permanent menu expansion.

This practical approach allowed communication assets to adapt to product trials and specific business needs without presenting an experiment as a settled offering.

    What changed

    A clearer foundation for communication.

The delivered work combined a dedicated website, a structured content approach and flexible branded communication assets. No audience, engagement or sales growth is claimed; performance metrics are not documented for this case.

    The perspective

The same personality, across different touchpoints.

Website presentation and social copy gave this family-owned business a more organized way to communicate its products and experience.
