Privacy Policy

Who we are
RPM Digital Business provides marketing, automation, reporting and lead-generation services to U.S. and Florida companies. We also operate an invite-only platform that authorized clients use to view reports and manage connected business services. This policy explains how we handle information collected through our website, platform and services.
Information we collect
We collect contact details you submit through our forms (name, email, phone and company), basic interaction data (pages viewed, referrer and device type), account information required for authorized platform access, and business information you choose to share when requesting or receiving services.
Google API data
When an authorized client connects a Google service, we access only the data needed for the features they choose. Google Business Profile access can include account and location details, categories, hours, website and contact information, photos, posts, reviews, review replies and performance data. Google Ads access can include account, campaign and performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, cost and conversions. Search Console reporting can include search queries, pages, clicks, impressions, click-through rate and average position. The permissions shown on Google's consent screen control the access granted.
How we use Google data
We use connected Google data to provide client-facing reporting, analyze business and marketing performance, synchronize authorized business profiles, create or schedule business posts, and draft or publish review responses when the authorized client enables those features. AI assistance may process relevant business profile information, website context, posts or reviews to draft business marketing content and responses. Google data is not used to train general-purpose AI models, determine creditworthiness, or serve advertising.
Google API Limited Use
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We use Google data only to provide or improve the user-facing features described in this policy. We do not sell Google user data or transfer it to advertising platforms, data brokers or information resellers. Human access is limited to the user's consent, support and service delivery, security investigation, legal obligations, or aggregated and anonymized internal operations.
Prohibited AI use
RPM Digital Business does not use Google API data, or permit its AI-supported features to be used, to create, request, facilitate or distribute non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, or sexual content involving minors. These uses are prohibited.
How we use other information
We use information submitted directly to respond to inquiries, deliver requested services, operate and secure the platform, improve the website, and communicate relevant service updates. We do not sell personal data.
Data sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us host, secure and operate the platform or deliver requested services, and only as necessary for those purposes. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not share Google API data for independent advertising or marketing by third parties.
Storage, retention and deletion
Connected service credentials and business data are stored in access-controlled systems. Data is transmitted over secure HTTPS connections. We retain connected Google data while the integration is active and as needed to provide the requested service, maintain required business records, resolve disputes or meet legal obligations. An authorized client may disconnect Google access at any time. Upon a verified deletion request, we delete or de-identify Google user data that is not legally required within 30 days.
Security
We use access controls, organization-based data separation, server-side connections to third-party APIs, activity records and restricted administrative access to protect connected data. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Cookies
Our website uses essential cookies for navigation and lightweight analytics for performance measurement. You can control cookies through your browser.
Your choices and rights
You may revoke RPM Digital Business access from your Google Account permissions, disconnect an integration, or request access, correction or deletion of your personal data. If a future feature requires a materially different use of Google data, we will update this policy and request additional consent where required.
