Project context
Purple Bol serves Brazilian açaí bowls and smoothies through a Sarasota store and mobile food truck. RPM connected website information, social content and advertising around the local customer journey.
The challenge
Make the choices easier to understand.
Customers needed accessible information about products, flavors, locations, the food truck and ordering or delivery options. The brand also needed a consistent local social presence connecting awareness with practical actions.
RPM's decision
Connect discovery with a destination.
The website organized essential information; organic content introduced products and personality; paid social supported awareness, profile visits and traffic to ordering channels. Each had a distinct role.
01 / Website development
Products, places and contact in one destination.
RPM developed purplebol.com with the brand story, bowls, menu information, store and food truck details, and contact options.
03 / Paid social / Meta
Different objectives, evaluated separately.
RPM managed campaigns for awareness, Instagram profile visits and traffic to delivery or ordering channels. Reach, clicks and engagement were evaluated separately from purchase activity.
These figures demonstrate visibility, engagement, and traffic activity. They do not establish an increase in completed purchases.
What changed
A connected digital foundation.
The delivered website, social content and campaigns created complementary ways to discover products and find the business. Completed purchase growth is not established by this work.
The perspective
Attention and action are different measures.
The work connected brand discovery with location and ordering information, without treating traffic as sales.
