Project context
The Digital Strategy Map brings market understanding, digital presence, media investment, lead acquisition, automation, CRM and measurement into a single visual framework. RPM's work organizes the plan as a document, not a software platform or live analytics product.
The challenge
Make the relationships understandable.
Presented separately, digital disciplines and implementation priorities can obscure how they relate to the overall strategy. The document needed a logical sequence and clear visual structure without losing the depth of the plan.
RPM's decision
Connect analysis, planning and execution.
RPM organized market monitoring and presence analysis alongside channel decisions, media planning, acquisition, automation and customer relationships. Performance indicators define how future initiatives can be evaluated, rather than presenting unmeasured results.
01 / Information architecture
Every discipline has a defined place.
Distinct sections take the reader from market analysis to recommendations, execution planning and evaluation. Market monitoring, digital presence, media investment, marketing automation, sales & CRM, and performance monitoring form the document's connected reference areas.
02 / Visual hierarchy & presentation system
One language for different information.
Typography, contrast, color, tables and defined content areas distinguish headings, supporting detail and strategic components. RPM applied the same editorial principles across the PowerPoint and PDF, keeping the document cohesive.
The approved board shows selected presentation pages. Tables and diagrams are strategic document evidence, not live dashboard data.

03 / Strategic visualization
Show the connections, not only the subjects.
Comparative tables organize market monitoring; structured layouts present media allocation; diagrams connect landing pages, conversion stages and follow-up. Lead qualification, relationship management and monitoring indicators receive their own place within the plan.
04 / Final deliverable & reference framework
A document for discussion and ongoing reference.
The delivered PowerPoint presentation and PDF combine strategic content with a consistent visual system. They provide a common reference for communicating priorities, understanding dependencies and organizing future initiatives.

What changed
A cohesive planning document.
RPM brought strategic reasoning, information architecture and presentation into a unified framework. The change is in how strategic relationships can be communicated and referenced; business results require separate measurement.
The perspective
The relationships are part of the strategy.
The document gives analysis, decisions and planned execution a shared structure, keeping the broader plan visible alongside its individual parts.
