Project context
As RPM's website portfolio grew, coordinating separate hosting arrangements became a larger operational responsibility. RPM Server centralizes hosting for dozens of agency-developed client websites and connects it to ongoing technical management.
The challenge
Manage the portfolio beyond development.
Each completed website needs an environment in which it can operate. RPM needed a consistent way to coordinate hosting across a growing portfolio without treating deployment and management as unrelated decisions for every project.
RPM's decision
Centralize management, not ownership of the infrastructure.
RPM established an agency-managed hosting environment supported by a third-party infrastructure provider. The decision created a common operating model for deployment and hosting; it was not the creation of an independent cloud provider or a physical data center.
01 / Centralized hosting model
Third-party infrastructure. Agency management.
The underlying infrastructure is supplied by a specialized third party. RPM manages hosting and technical operations within that environment, supporting multiple website projects under its own operational structure.
02 / Website deployment integration
Delivery includes the hosting destination.
Websites developed by RPM are deployed into the shared hosting environment. This connects the completed development work with the environment used for its ongoing operation, incorporating hosting into the agency's delivery workflow.
03 / Ongoing portfolio operations
A continuing operational responsibility.
As additional projects were developed, the environment became a hosting resource for dozens of client websites. RPM's role extends beyond initial launch into the management of websites hosted within that portfolio.
The approved board is creative presentation and digital communication. Its speed and security themes are not evidence of measured loading improvements, uptime, cost savings or DDoS performance. An approved operational-interface screenshot is not currently available.

What changed
One operating model for dozens of websites.
RPM established centralized, agency-managed hosting operations supported by third-party infrastructure. The outcome is the connection between website development, deployment and portfolio management, not a verified performance improvement or ownership of physical servers.
The perspective
Development and operations, connected.
RPM Server documents how the agency organizes the hosting layer of its website portfolio while relying on a third-party provider for the underlying infrastructure.
