    METANOIA

Each edition renewed. One identity carried forward.

Visual identity, website, social communication and live coverage for a recurring transformational event.

    2021–Present

    RPM's role

Creative and digital support for RPM's own event: annual identity revitalization, website, social promotion and full event coverage.

Visual Identity Revitalization · Website Development · Social Media Content · Event Marketing · Full Event Coverage

    Project context

METANOIA brings together personal development, leadership, communication, emotional intelligence and professional growth. RPM's own event has been supported through four completed editions in 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024, with the fifth returning in 2026.

    The challenge

Fresh for the edition. Recognizable as the event.

Each edition needed renewed visual direction and coherent communication before, during and after the live experience. Treating every year as an unrelated identity would lose continuity; repeating the same presentation would leave little room for the new edition's themes.

    RPM's decision

Evolve the identity, connect the experience.

RPM treated annual renewal as an evolution of the same event brand. Creative direction linked the website, social promotion and event coverage, giving each channel a role within the edition's communication rather than producing isolated promotional pieces.

01 / Annual visual identity evolution

    Renewal without a reset.

RPM revitalized the visual presentation for each completed edition, adapting the creative direction to its themes while retaining METANOIA's recognizable character. That direction informed promotional materials and digital communication.

The approved event board is a selection of marketing artwork, not a year-by-year identity comparison. Individual approved identities would be needed to illustrate that evolution visually.

    02 / Website & digital experience

A central place for the event.

RPM developed the website to bring METANOIA's positioning and essential information into an organized digital destination. The presentation was aligned with the identity of the corresponding edition, connecting event discovery with practical information.

    03 / Social media & promotion

The edition's language, across its communication.

Promotional and informational social content introduced themes and event information using the same creative direction. The approved board shows selected social pieces and video thumbnails; it does not establish attendance, ticket sales or engagement growth.

    04 / Live event coverage

A record beyond the live moment.

RPM provided full event coverage across the completed editions, documenting speakers, interactions, atmosphere and significant moments. This material formed a visual record that could extend the event's communication beyond the physical experience.

No separate approved event photography or playable coverage videos are included in the current case. Marketing thumbnails are not a substitute for those records.

    05 / Continuity across editions

Four completed chapters. A fifth return.

The partnership connects visual preparation, digital promotion and live documentation across four completed editions. The 2026 return is the fifth edition in the source, not an asserted completed event.

    What changed

    Creative and digital continuity.

RPM's work links identity renewal, website development, social communication and coverage across four completed editions. The fifth returns in 2026. The outcome is continuity in delivered creative and digital work, not a claim of commercial or audience growth.

    The perspective

Four editions. One continuing creative relationship.

Renewal and recognition work together: each edition has room to change while remaining part of METANOIA's ongoing story.
