Project context
Activation School brings education, personal development, entrepreneurship and leadership into one digital experience. RPM designed and developed the platform foundation, public website, course organization, learning environment and newsroom.
The challenge
Create the environment, not just a new website.
There was no existing digital learning platform to redesign. The project needed a recognizable institutional presence, organized educational programs and a dedicated place for learning content, with room for courses and editorial resources to expand.
RPM's decision
Discovery and learning as one product.
RPM treated the institutional website, course discovery, educational environment and editorial content as connected journeys. Information architecture, navigation and interface design linked discovering the school, exploring programs and accessing learning resources.
01 / Institutional website & digital identity
A public entrance to the school.
RPM developed the public-facing website to communicate the school's purpose and connect visitors with its educational offering. Institutional messaging, page structure and navigation established a consistent visual and functional foundation.
The approved board shows selected interfaces on laptop and phone mockups. It demonstrates interface presentation, not student activity or proof that every view depicts production usage.

02 / Course catalog & educational structure
Programs with a clear place to be explored.
RPM built the catalog and course presentation structure, organizing offerings across entrepreneurship, digital marketing, leadership, productivity and personal development. Courses were integrated into the school's experience rather than presented as disconnected information.
03 / Online learning environment
Beyond course promotion.
The scope included development of the student-facing educational environment, connecting learning content with the broader platform. This established the foundation for the school's online learning activities, not merely a website advertising them.
04 / Newsroom, content architecture & UX
Editorial resources within the same experience.
RPM developed the Newsroom and article-publishing structure for educational content beyond formal courses. Shared navigation, page layouts and interface principles connected institutional information, course discovery, learning and editorial resources while keeping each section's purpose distinct.
What changed
A unified digital learning foundation.
Activation School moved from a concept without a digital learning platform to an environment built by RPM: public website, course organization, learning areas, newsroom and integrated UX. Student counts, adoption, course sales, revenue and learning outcomes are not claimed.
The perspective
One school, across its digital journeys.
The delivery connects how the school introduces itself, presents programs and provides educational content within a single product foundation.
